Thought I'd come and do a little postie today since I've been neglecting the blog and instead enjoying our past week of beautiful weather and fun with Marilia and Arturo. By the way, for any Graz people reading, they have been staying at the Hotel Weitzer for the past two weeks and it has been wonderful. It's the perfect location, they like their bed better than their own, they got a free upgrade to a nicer room and their rate was fabulous. So, definitely recommended.
They leave tomorrow {tear} and we prepare for Round 2 with Erin and Jason {smile} who arrive the next day. We are hoping and praying that there won't be rain most of the time they are here like the weather forecasts are saying. Please no.
Here are some random pics from the past couple of weeks with some short dumb captions.

UPDATE: My friend, Nicky, remembered from a Martha Stewart magazine from 5 years ago that this is a Fritillaria Imperialis or a Crown Imperial Lily. Just givin' you props, Nicoletta...that's impressive.
Rich purple is good.
Eis is always good. Especially from this place.
We'll miss you. It was wunderbar.

Once again, great pics!!! Looks like you've been having a wonderful time. Heartbreak time tomorrow when they go. Bring lots of tissues to the airport! You'll need em. Good thing you've got more visitors to look forward to! Cheers!!!
PS Have I told you that you and your hubby are a super cute couple?
Love the pictures. Hopefully someday I can make it to Austria, among other places. I may have said that on your blog before. :-)
Our neighbors behind us have a peacock. I hear him a few times a day.
Hi!
Interesting. I had no idea that you can eat in Schloss Eggenberg!
